Will I have to travel to you or do you work on-site

We are an on-location service, which means we will come right to you. There is no travel fee if you are staying at a hotel on the Las Vegas strip. Locations elsewhere in Vegas may be subject to a small travel fee.

Will I need to do a trial run before the wedding?

Trial runs are entirely up to you. We are happy to have a trial run with you, but we know that most brides in Las Vegas are traveling in from other locations and do not have the time for a trial run.

Will the same person who does my trial do my hair on my wedding day?

Hair styles take about 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your style.

What will happen if you’re ill or have an emergency on the wedding day?

Because Bridal Express has several artists on staff, we always have someone available for your appointment.

Will you also do my bridal party?

Yes! We can accommodate up to 25 people in one appointment.

Do you offer hair extensions?

Yes we do.

What kind of products do you typically use?

Products vary depending on the hair style and the clients hair.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Yes, we encourage it!

Will you provide hair accessories?

We provide everything we need for the style, however special accessories are not provided.

Can I use live flowers?

Of course! You will need to provide them. If you are unsure where to purchase them and are staying in a hotel, contact your concierge who can assist you in finding a florist..

How do I prep for an appointment?

We prefer that your hair not be washed that day and to have your hair dry when our artists arrive. We can blow dry your hair for an extra fee.

If I have allergies to some products, can you work around that?

Of course!

What makeup brands do you use?

We use a variety of makeup brands including MAC, Urban Decay, NYX, Laura Mercier, and Makeup Forever.

I really want to use a certain product, can I supply it?

Yes you can

Do you airbrush?

Yes, airbrush makeup is available for a small up charge.

What is airbrush?

Airbrush makeup is a light mist of mist of makeup which is applied using a specialized airbrush makeup applicator. It floats on the skin and does not settle into fine lines and cracks. It provides a flawless finish and holds up well to the desert heat.

Can you contour my face?

Yes we can. Contour makeup is extra and we need to know in advance of your appointment.

Can you cover blemishes or my tattoo?

Yes, please let us know prior to your appointment so our artists have the correct products. Tattoo cover cost is based on the size of your tattoo.

Do you apply false lashes?

Do you do eyelash extensions?

At the moment, we do not.

Do you sell cosmetic products? Will my bridal party hear a sales pitch on my wedding day?

We do not. We will never sales pitch your bridal party!

Can I book hair or makeup only, if I don’t want both?

Of course! We can book you for a hair only, or a makeup only appointment.

Can you cut my hair that day?

Sorry, but no we cannot. We only do styling.

Can you do male makeup?

Yes!

Should I wash my hair?

We prefer that you not wash your hair on the day of the appointment.

What information do I need to provide for my appointment?

We will need your name, a contact phone number, the location you will be at for the appointment, the number of people, and the time you need to be ready.

Do you offer hair and makeup for things other than weddings?

Yes! Corporate events, parties, event productions, photo shoots, or anything you want to look your best!

Can I bring someone with me to my trial?

Yes you may.
